Role Description As an Account Manager with The Sergio Bio State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of our successful insurance agency.

Responsibilities - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Qualifications - Dedicated, Loyal, Dependable not only to the client but to the agency
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Prior sales and customer service experience is desired (whether in the insurance industry or outside), property and casualty license will be required to be obtained

Compensación: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
