Bilingual Administrative Assistant Location Dallas, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $18.24 per hour • Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Wed: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM • W2 ROLE IMPACT As the first point of contact for patients, this role ensures smooth clinic operations by managing inbound communications, appointment scheduling, and accurate data entry. The front desk staff plays a key role in patient experience and supports overall clinic efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Answer and triage incoming patient phone calls professionally and efficiently • Schedule appointments and manage updates in the system • Register new and returning patients with accuracy • Perform clerical duties including scanning, photocopying, filing, and data entry • Support clinic operations with additional administrative tasks as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent required • 1+ year of experience in a front office, administrative, or medical reception setting preferred • Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills • Basic proficiency with computers and office equipment & MUST be bilingual Spanish CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Phone systems • Electronic medical record (EMR) platforms • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • Scanning and photocopying equipment • Data entry and scheduling systems PREFERRED SKILLS • Familiarity with medical terminology • Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare office By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
