Inspire the next generation of engineers-one LEGO® brick at a time! Eager Enrichment is seeking a passionate Lego Instructor to deliver creative, hands-on learning to elementary students after school, in their school. If you enjoy working with kids, building wild inventions, and watching young minds light up with "aha!" moments-this is your dream job.

Pay : $35 per class (classes last one hour)

Schedule : Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Classes Begin: Week of 9/8/2025

Training Pay : $20/hr done locally in August

Open Position: Upper Arlington (arrival time each day is 2:45pm)

What You'll Do :

• Lead one-hour STEM sessions using LEGOs®, K'nex®, and Blocks. We provide all the curriculum and supplies, even your lab coat!
• Motivate students (Grades 1-5) through challenges like building bridges, wind-powered cars, and marble mazes.
• Foster teamwork, creativity, and curiosity in a structured setting.
• Maintain classroom records and ensure student safety with proactive supervision.
• Organize and transport materials using a dolly (provided).

Who You Are :

• Reliable and positive, with experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged school students. Classroom management experience a real plus.
• Physically able to lift 40 lbs. (being able to move a container of blocks from your car to our dolly.)
• Available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the afternoons during the school year. No weekend or work on holidays!
• Tech-friendly: you'll use mobile apps to stay connected.
• 18+ with a valid driver's license and your own transportation.
• Desire to be a role model who helps students embrace the engineering mindset-plan, build, test, and improve!
