Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled AML Trainer for a large crypto company to lead and enhance training programs across key compliance functions. This role is essential in ensuring teams are equipped to meet regulatory standards and perform effectively in areas such as Transaction Monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence, Screening, and Complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Lead training programs for compliance teams, including onboarding, cross-training, and performance improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain training content aligned with AML, Sanctions, Privacy, and other regulatory requirements.
• Track and analyze training metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Vendor Management, etc.) to gather feedback and align training efforts.
• Manage training assets including eLearning modules, instructor-led materials, calendars, and trackers.
• Support key initiatives and projects led by the Compliance L&D team.
• Utilize tools such as Articulate, Docebo, Jira, Looker, Slack, and Google Suite to manage and deliver training.
• Coordinate and lead multiple training deployments and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in training within AML, Fraud, or other Compliance-related areas.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure effectiveness.
• Experience working with global outsourced partners.
• Willingness to travel to domestic BPO sites as needed.
