Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $20/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Assignment Type: Contract

Join BGSF and keep this community in top shape! We’re looking for a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician with strong customer service skills to handle apartment turns, work orders, and grounds upkeep.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents
• Respond to and resolve work orders promptly
• Maintain common areas and grounds to community standards
• Perform basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, and painting
• Ensure safety and quality in all maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of general repairs and make-ready processes
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude
