Our Summer Internship program is designed to provide students with a valuable combination of on-the-job training and off-the-job learning opportunities. As an intern, you will work on meaningful projects, participate in industry-relevant training, and build connections through social and networking events. We believe a Swiss Re internship is more than a summer job, it is the first step toward a rewarding career.
About the Role

You’ll learn how operational workflows connect to broader investment strategies and contribute to projects that drive efficiency and innovation.
At the end of the internship, you’ll present your insights and recommendations to senior leaders, offering an opportunity to make a real impact on how we work.
