LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable property management company in Nehalem, Oregon . We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community. This role will assist with resident relations, administrative tasks, and compliance support, with LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 experience preferred . Location: Nehalem, OR Duration: Temporary, 3 months with potential for extension or longer-term employment Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $20 - $28 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily property operations, including resident communication and administrative support
• Support leasing activities such as applications, move-ins, and move-outs
• Help maintain resident files and documentation in compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 requirements
• Respond to resident questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests
• Assist with inspections, recertifications, and general compliance tasks
• Perform basic office duties including filing, data entry, and record maintenance

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management preferred
• LIHTC, HUD, and/or Section 8 experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills; property management software experience is a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
