📢. Responsibilities:

• Negotiate Commercial Leases – Finalize office and retail leases valued at $10M–$40M, ensuring alignment with 2025 NY zoning laws.
• Draft Purchase Agreements – Prepare sale contracts, tailoring terms to client investment strategies for mixed-use developments.
• Perform Due Diligence – Analyze title commitments and surveys to mitigate risks in high-value acquisitions.
• File Land Use Permits – Secure approvals with NYC agencies for development projects under tight deadlines.
• Structure Joint Ventures – Draft agreements defining equity splits and governance for real estate partnerships.
• Review Financing Documents – Assess CMBS loans to ensure compliance with lender requirements.
• Advise on Tax Appeals – Prepare submissions to reduce assessments for commercial portfolios.
