No problem! Our hands-on training program is designed to help you grow your skills while earning a competitive paycheck.
As part of our new technician career program, you'll start with essential maintenance tasks like oil changes and entry-level mechanical work while advancing your skills and pay as you progress. Plus, Volkswagen manufacturer training is fully covered by us—so you can learn from the best at no cost to you!

What You Need to Succeed
Experience as a Lube Technician is a plus, but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
High school diploma or equivalent (automotive vocational training is a bonus but not required)
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Satisfactory employment references and ability to pass a background check
