Work collaboratively with other attorneys to manage case load and meet client needs. Provide timely updates to clients on the progress of their cases. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in bankruptcy law, including student loan modification and mortgage modification. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively. Familiarity with bankruptcy court processes and procedures. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications: Must be licensed to practice law in Florida (Florida Bar). Skills: Expertise in bankruptcy law, particularly in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client management skills.
