Location Fort Washington, PA Duties Review and resolve routine bankruptcy matters. Attend bankruptcy hearings (virtual or in-person, depending on location). Respond to general bankruptcy inquiries from clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Monitor electronic filings (ECFs) in bankruptcy cases. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Requirements License to practice law in Pennsylvania.
