Location: Bar Crenn
Wage Range : $23- $26 per hour plus tips
Reports to : Director of Mixology

Qualities required:
\n - Previous bar back or restaurant experience.
\n - Experience in high-end hospitality or fine dining establishments preferred.
\n - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
\n - Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
\n - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n - Reliable and punctual with flexible scheduling availability; evening and weekend availability required
\n - Must be 18+ years of age.
\n - Basic knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
\n - Food safety certification or willingness to obtain.
\n - Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) a plus.
\n - Have excellent time management skills.
\n - Lead with an incredible business philosophy with emphasis on a positive culture, incorporating proven systems and implementation of SOP's.

Essential Functions:
\n - Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout service
\n - Stock and replenish bar inventory including spirits, beer, wine, garnishes, and glassware
\n - Assist bartenders with ingredient preparation and cocktail garnish prep
\n - Assist waiter with set up
\n - Ensure ice bins are consistently filled and properly maintained
\n - Change kegs and maintain draft beer systems
\n - Clean and sanitize glassware, bar tools, and equipment
\n - Receive and organize beverage deliveries
\n - Conduct inventory counts as directed
\n - Prepare fresh juices, syrups, and cocktail components
\n - Cut and prepare garnishes according to established standards
\n - Maintain proper storage and rotation of perishable items
\n - Deep clean bar areas, including equipment and storage spaces
\n - Maintain cleanliness of bar mats, towels, and cleaning supplies
\n - Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
\n - Assist with opening and closing procedures
\n - Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions
\n - Support bartenders and waiter during peak service periods
\n - Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
\n - Assist with special events and private functions as needed
\n - Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Salary Range: $23-26/hour; full-time hourly position, part-time available
