grievance matters and Professional malpractice defense.
The Maryland office of Eccleston & Wolf, P.C. has an opening for a Full time with benefits in
office Billing Clerk to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will assist with all aspects of billing. In this position, you are responsible for processing a high volume of legal invoices, and administrative and clerical functions. In general, you will prepare, review and distribute draft bills and prepare final bills as per clients’ specifications. Reconcile billing issues and open new cases.
The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail and
have time management skills. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Data entry, limited accounting, electronic billing and word processing are
preferred with the ability to answer a switchboard phone system. Must be a team player and able
to function in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in law-related billing is preferred but
not required.
