Responsibilities Financial Management : Post all payments and income accurately, reconcile daily accounts receivable, and monitor bad debt, including preparation of late notices and eviction filings. Ensure revenue, expense, and net operating income targets are met; post all resident and non‑resident charges, including utilities and move‑out fees. Lead end‑of‑month closing procedures, maintain accurate records, audit resident files, and walk units for move‑out assessments. Supervise on‑site staff: screen, hire, train, coach, and develop team members in compliance with Asset policies and training benchmarks. Maintain resident satisfaction by coordinating leasing, addressing complaints, and implementing retention programs. Oversee property appearance and maintenance, ensuring timely repairs and efficient use of property resources. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of housing industry experience. Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills. Physical Requirements Regular standing or sitting for prolonged periods; repetitive hand motions and wrist use. Ability to move between work sites, climb ladders or stairs, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in various environments (indoor, outdoor, confined spaces). Work overtime, weekends, and evenings including emergencies. Salary Range : $18 to $20 per hour When selecting a candidate, compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
