This role involves managing financial records, preparing statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Given our companys size (<50 employees), the ideal candidate will handle daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookkeeping tasks, and support our CPA with tax-related documentation and clarifications.Responsibilities:Manage all day-to-day accounting tasks: A/P, A/R, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliationsPrepare monthly financial statements and reportsMaintain general ledger and journal entriesMonitor cash flowCollaborate with CPA on audits and tax filingsEnsure accuracy, compliance, and organization of financial recordsRequirements:5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experienceProficiency in financial software applications QuickBooks desktop & SAPExperience with Gusto Payroll and HR software solutionsStrong understanding of GAAP and payroll processesAdvanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
