Get to Know This Role As the Site Brewery Experience Brand Manager, you will manage and execute the guest experience strategy at SNBC. Your responsibilities include developing premium experiences and events that enhance our brand and cultivate loyal fans. You will oversee retail, tours, onsite events, and reception areas, working closely with F&B leadership to ensure consistency across all guest-facing areas. You will also manage budgets and collaborate with the marketing team to align with our brand vision. What You Will Do Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Brewery Experience Teams to ensure onsite experiences are top-quality and aligned with Sierra Nevada’s brand. Manage administrative duties such as profit/loss statements, expense analysis, payments, invoices, and payroll, implementing process improvements as needed. Create KPI reports with Guest Experience and F&B leaders to monitor performance and profitability. Partner with Innovation and Marketing to implement a loyalty program that attracts high-value customers. Incorporate industry best practices and innovation to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Engage and motivate the Guest Experience team, fostering growth, development, and recognition. Optimize internal processes, identify operational weaknesses, and develop innovative systems to enhance growth and efficiency. Maintain high standards of customer service, promoting teamwork and ownership among staff. Willingness to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends, to support high-traffic events.
