Job Description
Are you a hands-on individual with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Building Technician I to join our team in Flower Mound, Texas. In this role, you'll be a key player in maintaining our facility's essential systems and equipment.
What You'll Do
Support our team: Work alongside other technicians to operate, monitor, and maintain utility systems like HVAC, purified water, and process equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair: Help with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the facility's mechanical and electrical systems, always following safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage inventory: Maintain a secure and organized inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools and recommend new purchases to improve efficiency.
Improve processes: Work with engineers to help develop and implement new methods and procedures to control or improve our facility's processes.
What You'll Bring
3-5 years of general maintenance experience.
Plumbing experience is a plus!
A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
The ability to work well in a team environment.
Compensation
This is a full-time position with a pay range of $22 - $24 per hour , based on experience.
