About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our owner acquisition and property onboarding strategy. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role that will directly influence the company's growth trajectory. You'll be the driving force behind expanding our vacation rental portfolio, building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, the local real estate community, and strengthening our presence in the Big Sky market.

This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with other department heads, and the local team. What You'll Do

  • P rospect List Development: Strategically research and build a comprehensive list of ideal clients, ensuring all key contact and company information are accurately captured.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to successfully implement targeted campaigns designed to attract and cultivate high-quality leads.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Proactively engage with potential clients & real estate agents through multiple outreach channels-including phone calls, emails, in-person visits and networking events - to generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Lead Nurturing: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with potential owners, expertly guiding them through each stage to ultimately drive successful conversions.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM systems to accurately record interactions, organize owner data, and closely monitor lead progression, ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales process.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach and marketing efforts, delivering actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Continuing Owner Relationsh ips : Maintain and grow positive relationships with existing property owners through consistent communication, addressing concerns, and a commitment to delivering a high level of service.

Requirements

  • This role is primarily based in our Big Sky office; limited remote flexibility may be considered after the onboarding period.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (preferred)
  • Highly proficient in all forms of communication, ensuring efficient and impactful interactions through presentations, written materials, phone, and email.
  • 3+ years in hospitality, real estate, or a similar client-facing sales role.
