*Customer Service Representative - Banking Call Center (On-Site)*
*Location:* Wilmington, DE
*Training Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for 4 weeks
*Work Schedule Post-Training:* On-site, 24/7 call center (nights, weekends, holidays, swing/overnight shifts possible - MUST BE FLEXIBLE)
*Job Description* Join our dynamic Customer Service Department and become a key player in delivering high-quality support to our banking clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle phone interactions, resolve problems, process account transactions, and provide product knowledge and technical assistance-all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and enter information into a computerized database
* Provide accurate and timely account transaction support
* Deliver product knowledge and technical assistance
* Communicate issues and escalate concerns to management
* Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality
*Required Skills & Abilities*
* Strong call center customer service experience
* Ability to navigate dual monitors, phone systems, and software platforms
* Meet KPIs including call handle time, hold time, after-call work, AUX time, and attendance adherence
* Basic PC skills and data entry experience
* Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
* Decision-making within well-defined parameters
* Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and overnights
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
