GFY Express Car Wash – Spring, TX
Location: 20615 Kuykendahl Rd, Spring, TX 77379
Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $46,000 – $52,000 per year + Monthly Bonuses
Job Overview:
GFY Express Car Wash is seeking a driven, experienced Car Wash Manager to lead daily operations, grow team performance, and deliver the best customer experience in the industry. This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone with prior management experience in a car wash or fast-paced service environment who’s ready to take full ownership of a location.
If you're a confident, hands-on leader who builds strong teams and runs clean, efficient, customer-first operations—we want you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the wash site
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members
Ensure high-quality wash standards and superior customer service
Promote unlimited wash memberships and upsell services
Manage inventory, labor budgets, and daily reporting
Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
Maintain site cleanliness and ensure equipment is running smoothly
Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
Leadership Expectations:
Lead by example through integrity, accountability, and positivity
Motivate team members with encouragement and clear expectations
Handle high-pressure situations with calm problem-solving
Build team unity, reward excellence, and coach performance
Take full ownership of your location’s results
Qualifications:
2+ years of management experience in a car wash, automotive, or retail setting
Strong leadership and people skills
Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
Valid driver's license required
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Weekend availability required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts, weekdays and weekends
