Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position involves using truck mount or portable cleaning equipment to provide high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile, and floor cleaning services. The ideal candidate will help maintain customer satisfaction through timely, efficient, and courteous service. Must be available to work from 9am-5pm at multiple locations if necessary.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

Key Responsibilities:

Perform carpet, upholstery, tile, and floor cleaning services effectively and efficiently

Communicate professionally and courteously with customers

Offer additional services and products to increase job value

Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction

Request and encourage positive customer reviews

Perform daily equipment and vehicle maintenance (e.g., cleaning filters, emptying tanks)

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle with appropriate tools and supplies

Track and maintain inventory of necessary materials

Wear required company attire and maintain a professional appearance

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required

At least 1 year of carpet cleaning or related experience preferred (such as tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or commercial floor care)

Skills:

Basic math skills to accurately price services

Basic computer proficiency, including email and mobile apps used for scheduling and job tracking

Licenses and Certifications:

Valid drivers license is required

IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification is highly preferred but not required
