CASHIER

Are you an outgoing and friendly individual with a passion for great food and customer service? Do you have a positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to provide a great guest experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at The Stand!

No restaurant experience is required! All you need is your smile and a great attitude and we’ll teach you the rest.

Must be able to speak English.

CASHIER Qualifications

CASHIER Responsibilities

• Greeting guests
• Taking orders at the register
• Promoting our Stand App so our guests can get rewards
• Cashiering
• Running orders to guests
• Keeping the restaurant clean and organized
• Baking cookies and brownies
• Portioning sauces and our amazing pickles
• Following all cash management and cash register policies and ensuring proper cash management practices are followed
• Preparing food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Following recipes and presentation specifications
• Ability to use restaurant tools and equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining restaurant by practicing good safety and sanitation

Must be 21 years of age or older

CASHIER Working Conditions

• Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time
• Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
• Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Repetitive use of hands, including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Occasionally access high storage shelving with the use of a step ladder
• Lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
• Exposure to varying temperatures, including freezers, refrigerators, indoor air conditioning and
• outdoor/patio conditions

Schedule

• Part-time ( Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Competitive Pay

Participation in The Stand tip pool, with average tips of approximately $3 - $5 per hour
