Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older
• At least 18 months of verifiable OTR (48 states) driving experience
• Acceptable PSP, MVR, and accident history
• No prior drug or alcohol offenses

McSheer Truck'in, LLC was founded in 1986 when Mack and Jan Shearer bought their first truck, and Mack became an owner operator. We now have more than 50 trucks that run under McSheer Truck'in, LLC, including an owner operator division and a brokerage. We are a full-service logistics provider that operates vans, flatbeds, and RGNs. Although we have grown, we have kept the family atmosphere and values that have gotten us to where we are today. We do not assign driver numbers because we know each other by name. Unlike the corporate world, we do not see people as just numbers in a spreadsheet.
