About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial strategy, enhancing accounting practices, and leading financial planning and analysis to support the company's aggressive growth trajectory. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial leader, adept at preserving the agility and innovation that define the company's culture, and will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and success of the organization. This role requires a professional with over 10 years' of financial leadership experience, particularly in high-growth environments, and a proven track record in building and leading financial teams. The CFO will be expected to be a customer-focused, people-centric leader, and must have strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will be a strategic thinker, capable of making data-driven decisions, and will work closely with the executive team to support the company's mission and values. A background in a similar industry or with a focus on industrial reliability solutions is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
