About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key partner in the strategic planning and financial management of the organization, with a focus on supporting and driving business growth. This executive will be responsible for all financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, taxes, budgeting, and general accounting. The role involves developing and directing financial plans in line with the company's strategic business plan, as well as ensuring stable cash flow management and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior-level finance roles, preferably within professional services, and will bring a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership. Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include maintaining executive responsibility for financial operations, driving financial decision-making, and leading the finance team in a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or an MBA, with a strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience in public accounting. Skills in budget development, forecasting, and M&A financial integration are essential, as is the ability to partner with executive leadership to ensure the financial health and growth of the business. The CFO will also be involved in setting and maintaining financial and operational controls, as well as KPIs, and will play a critical role in the company's enduring strategy to deliver solid returns.
