About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in the integration of traditional and decentralized finance. This foundational hire will be responsible for shaping, building, and owning the finance function, with a focus on both the day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and owning core FP&A processes, overseeing financial infrastructure, and formalizing internal financial controls. Additionally, the role involves strategic finance and corporate development, including evaluating M&A opportunities, and leading financial planning around token economics and treasury management. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in finance, with a strong background in FP&A, corporate strategy, and accounting. Deep exposure to the crypto or digital asset ecosystem is essential, as is strong technical fluency in accounting, tax, and compensation structures, particularly those related to tokens or equity. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a commercial lens, comfortable with ambiguity, and experienced in high-growth or frontier market environments. The role also requires the ability to lead a finance team, build cross-functional partnerships, and provide commercial insight into deal structuring and business model evolution. Prior experience with regulated financial products or fund structures is a plus.
