About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join its Executive team. The CIO will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for the strategic and tactical use of the technical platform. This role is pivotal in driving transformation and standardization to deliver high-quality, efficient technology solutions across the continuum of care. The successful candidate will be accountable for IT vision and strategy, enterprise security, financial stewardship, IT governance, systems management, people management, change management, and customer service model. The CIO will also be expected to have a strong background in IT leadership, with a focus on change management, program management, governance, and strategy development. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of information technology leadership experience, with a preference for those holding a master's degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have a background in integrated healthcare delivery systems, large private practices, or healthcare start-up environments. Key qualifications include outstanding vendor management skills, experience in enterprise-wide business intelligence and analytics strategy, and a proven track record in project management.
