Overview Engage Estero is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, nonpolitical, volunteer civic advocacy organization. We are seeking an experienced leader and compassionate visionary to chair or participate in a high-impact community initiative dedicated to uplifting the lives of those in Greater Estero. This is more than a leadership role—it’s a call to serve as a guiding force in a transformative effort that will address the physical, emotional, and financial needs of our residents. This initiative will explore and champion solutions that improve quality of life, foster meaningful connections among residents, and build a more resilient, caring, and inclusive Estero for generations to come. Responsibilities Chair or participate in a high-impact community initiative dedicated to supporting residents of Greater Estero. Lead efforts that address physical, emotional, and financial needs of community members. Collaborate with volunteers, partners, and stakeholders to develop and champion solutions. Foster meaningful connections among residents and work toward a more resilient, inclusive community. Guide the initiative with empathy and a focus on sustainable, tangible impact. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience in nonprofit, civic, or community initiatives. Compassionate visionary with the ability to motivate and mobilize volunteers and partners. Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Commitment to serving diverse communities and addressing residents\' needs.
