YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR COMMERCIAL ROOFING ESTIMATOR
When you join our team as a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you begin your day conducting detailed site surveys, carefully assessing each roof's condition, measurements, and structural nuances to gather the critical information needed for accurate estimates. Back in the office, you review architectural plans, specifications, and project documents with precision, identifying materials, labor needs, and scope requirements. Using industry-specific software, you calculate material quantities and labor costs, ensuring every estimate is both accurate and competitive. You transform your findings into clear, professional inspection reports and proposals that reflect both the scope of work and client expectations. Throughout the day, you maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure optimal pricing, stay current on industry trends and materials, and collaborate seamlessly with other departments to support project success. Whether you're preparing a take-off or contributing to a bid package, your attention to detail and strategic mindset ensure every estimate you deliver supports quality work and client satisfaction.
