Duties & Responsibilities Receiving of stocks delivered by Food Bank on weekly basis. Usage of Point of Sale (POS) for inbound, outbound and sales transactions. Attend to clients on appointed dates & time for the collection(s). Attend to walk ins, phone calls, emails and enquiries from donors and members of public. Coordinate the maintenance of overall center’s facilities, rooms and equipment Stock inventory: Stock counts, checks and replenishments on shelfs Ensure and check on validity of food items (expiry dates) Ensure stock quantities tally with system. Actively promote strategies to improve overall requisites, support, services and improvements for centre(s). Assist Executive/Manager to conduct environmental scanning for the Jampacked Centre and identify the potential community partners and stake holders in the GRC and Divisions. Engage the beneficiaries from the Jampacked Centres and community for onboarding to CODD programmes and services Supporting the Jampacked Operations at the respective locations of expansion. Provide administrative support in outreach engagement. Work closely with case workers/social workers/counsellors and provide support for individual and group work targeted at various client profiles in CODD. To support in food distribution and other events organized by Jamiyah (Singapore) Undertake ad-hoc projects or assignment. Experience/ Skills N/O Levels, NITEC in any discipline Prior relevant experience in community engagement is advantageous. Able to work independently and a good team player Good interpersonal and networking skills Experienced in engaging stakeholders such as Grassroots organisations, religious. organisations, schools, community partners and government agencies. Possess excellent written, oral presentation skills and proficient in MS Office. Able to commit to certain weekend and evening meetings. Able to multi-task and handle concurrent projects; works well in a fast-paced environment effectively and independently as well as in team-based arrangements.
