Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet project goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, and inspections.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial construction, preferably in healthcare, aviation, or life sciences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• For Superintendents: 5+ years of relevant experience.
• For Assistant Superintendents: 2+ years of relevant experience.
