Job Description
Summary
We are seeking licensed attorneys to join a high-profile project team focused on product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters . This is not an eDiscovery document review role . Attorneys will play a critical role in analyzing claims, preparing responses, and providing exceptional client service.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze claim documents and related materials.
Prepare detailed written responses to complex inquiries from claimants and counsel.
Handle inbound telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel with professionalism and accuracy.
Collaborate with project directors, managers, and coordinators for guidance and oversight.
Deliver best-in-class customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring responsiveness and quality.
JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice).
Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Litigation experience preferred; class action or mass tort experience a plus.
Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel; Smartsheet experience preferred.
Must be comfortable performing all assigned tasks without hesitation.

High-speed internet (20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum; no hotspots).
PC with Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor (or better).
Minimum 8GB RAM and 238GB storage.
Stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection.
Must provide screenshots of system specs and speed test results via TalkDesk Speed Test.

Work Environment: Remote, but must adhere to approved states list.
