Join Our Team as a Sales Representative at Cox Communications!

Commission/Hourly Range: $40,000 - $80,000

Location: Tulsa, OK

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our business, promoting Cox’s mobile and home services to new customers. Your day-to-day will include:

• Selling mobile products, accessories, and home services through creative sales strategies
• Conducting cost-benefit analyses to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Assisting customers with billing inquiries and other support as needed
• Demos of new products to encourage sales and showcase the latest tech (iPhones, Androids, and more!)
• Engaging with customers —greeting them with a smile, thanking them for their business, and ensuring a top-notch experience
• Actively participating in weekly training and roleplay sessions to sharpen your skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong sales performance and a drive to exceed goals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A passion for technology and product knowledge
• Mobile sales experience preferred, but not required
• Customer-first mindset —you’re always focused on delivering the best possible experience
• Fluency in English (Spanish-speaking is a bonus!)
