We are looking for Cultivation Technicians to help play a pivotal role in our garden. As a Cultivation Technician, you will be directly involved in the cultivation and care of our plants, ensuring that they thrive and consistently meet our stringent quality standards. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a friendly and supportive environment, where collaboration and enthusiasm for plant care are key. Your daily activities will include monitoring plant health, assisting in the implementation of cultivation techniques, and contributing to a clean and efficient workspace. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about plant-based medicine and are eager to make a positive impact on the community. Your work will help produce the foundation of all our products which our patient community relies on for their health and well-being. If you are ready to embrace a role that combines skills, knowledge, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain plant health and growth conditions.Assist with planting, pruning, and harvesting processes.Implement best practices for pest and disease management.Conduct regular inspections and document plant conditions.Help maintain a clean and organized cultivation environment.Collaborate with the cultivation team to meet production goals.Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively for cultivation tasks. RequirementsStrong attention to detail and a passion for plant care.Ability to work both independently while following strict instruction and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of cannabis and its cultivation processes.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Must be 21 years old.Must be able to pass a level-two fingerprint background screening.Must be able to lift 25lbs unassisted. *Please note only short listed candidates will be contacted for interviews.EEO Statement: Eden Florida, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
