What you’ll need to succeed as a Custodian at XPO

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Pay starts at $17.88

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Complete general cleaning of offices, conference rooms, restrooms and break rooms
• Perform routine cleaning of interior areas throughout the building, including exterior areas and parking lots
• Remove trash from bins
• Perform emergency cleaning requests
• Report issues to maintenance department when needed

Custodians are required to:

• Safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, stand and kneel
