Customer Service Associate - Onsite Job

*Customer Service experience required*

Weekend/Morning Hours *There is the opportunity to pick up extra hours during the week too if you want to be part of production!

Pay: $16/hour

Job Description:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, support, and FUN! You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. 

• Respond to customer inquiries via message chats, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date product details in our systems.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and various software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
