Job Summary:

The Data Analyst Intern will support the Operations and Analytics teams by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data related to call performance, agent productivity, and customer experience. This internship provides hands-on experience working with real-time operational data in a dynamic call center environment. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how data drives decision-making in a fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and cleaning data from call center platforms, QA tools, and CRM systems.
• Support in building dashboards and reports in Google platform.
• Analyze trends data in systems to get the best KPIs for customers and internal agents to perform at.
• Collaborate with operations, QA, and IT teams to align on data definitions and reporting needs.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc data requests.
• Present findings in a clear, visual, and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, basic data visualization, and statistical concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for using data to tell a story.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing team.
