We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Langley, Washington. In this role, you will support our accounting and engineering departments with data entry, analysis, and cleanup tasks. Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and cleanup tasks to ensure accurate and organized records.

• Assist in reviewing and organizing accounting data related to system transitions.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to gather and consolidate necessary information.

• Analyze and interpret data to identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement.

• Utilize software tools, including AutoCAD, to manage and process relevant information.

• Conduct research to verify and update information as needed.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the successful completion of group projects.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data through critical thinking and problem-solving.

• Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with tools like AutoCAD and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data and conducting detailed research.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to adapt to new software systems.
• Must not be colorblind due to the nature of certain tasks requiring color recognition.
