Exposure to Tech clients and business problems faced by clients in the Tech Sector (clients like Hyperscalers, Consumer platform companies). Ability to understand business problems and experience working on strategy/business solutioning. Should have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in the industry. Summary of job description & profile requirements: Ability to design solutions and win medium to large application, BPO, and infrastructure outsourcing opportunities. Will be working on opportunities ranging from $10M - $1B and will have overall solution design and costing responsibility. Responsible for technical, pricing, and transition solutions end to end. Good understanding of many of the areas we sell - especially Digital, Cloud, among others. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong customer interface skills – communication, delivering presentations, and driving meetings. Understanding or exposure to the Tech industry. Additional profile requirements: Ability to design solutions in multiple domains within the Tech Vertical/Sector. Will be working on opportunities ranging from $10M+ with overall solution design and costing responsibility. Responsible for technical, pricing, and transition solutions end to end. Ability to create and differentiate Wipro’s solutions. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Solution, and Delivery teams, and think on the feet to build industry-specific solutions. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong customer interface skills – communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation. Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and work effectively under high pressure. Compensation and Benefits Expected annual pay ranges from $190,000 to $265,000. The role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits, including medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other leave options.
