Salary: $120,000 - $185,000 per year

Job Details Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in the demolition industry including Nuclear
- Experience with Heavy Commercial or industrial demolition projects.
- Experience with conventional machine demolition, selective building demolition, demolition by cutting using both work methods
- Demolition utilizing cranes & rigging, implosion demolition and material processing/waste disposal of all types of demolition materials
- Proven track record of managing large-scale demolition projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the demolition industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and navigate challenges efficiently.
- Proficient in using construction management software and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
