We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Placerville, California. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users across multiple districts, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, networking, and audiovisual systems. This position requires travel within the local area and offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on IT services.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive desktop support to approximately 600 users across 15 districts.
• Address and resolve technical issues through the Freshservice ticketing system.
• Provide remote assistance using Splashtop for troubleshooting and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic networking issues, including wired and wireless connections.
• Set up, deploy, and image computers for staff in various locations, including Head Start and Special Services.
• Maintain and support audiovisual equipment to ensure seamless functionality.
• Travel locally within the organization using a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided.
• Ensure all work adheres to high standards, including dress code guidelines.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT role.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11), macOS, and desktop imaging.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Google Workspace, and remote support tools.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Experience working with Active Directory and network printers.
• Capability to work independently and travel locally as required.
• Detail-oriented approach and adherence to workplace guidelines.
