Job Description

Job Overview: As the Director of Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that enhance corporate reputation, engage stakeholders, and support business objectives. You will lead a team of communications professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee internal and external communications, including media relations, press releases, corporate announcements, and crisis management. Lead the creation and dissemination of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, corporate website, newsletters, and annual reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers. Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and convey key messages that resonate with employees, investors, partners, and the public. Manage and mentor a team of communications professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to corporate communications in the pharmaceutical sector. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Strong media relations experience and a network of industry contacts. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
