The Director of Security will enhance our global physical security strategy across a complex network of industrial manufacturing operations, offices, and service centers. This is a high-impact role that demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide security programs that align with business objectives, mitigate operational risks, and deliver measurable results. This position requires exceptional leadership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to communicate strategies that resonate at all levels of the organization—from the C-suite to the shop floor. The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000to $170,000plus bonus.Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
