EHS Manager EHS Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee our environmental, health, and safety programs within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS standards and regulations.
• Lead incident investigation processes and root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Provide training and resources to employees on EHS practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to EHS performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) are a plus.
• Experience in metals, industrial, aerospace, or medical devices sectors is preferred.
