**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Local Contract**

**Shift:** Day/Mid Rotation (7:00 AM - 11:00 PM)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a local contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a strong preference given to those with prior travel or contract experience, particularly in high-volume urban hospital settings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various departments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

**Qualifications:**
- Active RN license.
- BSN required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Prior travel or contract experience preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume urban hospital is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days and mid rotation, from 7 AM to 7 PM or 11 AM to 11 PM.

**Commitment:**
- Must be available to work all 13 weeks of the assignment with no more than one week of requested time off (RTO).
- Every other weekend (EOW) availability is required.
- Job sharing will not be tolerated.
