About This Role

As a Physician in Endocrinology, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and enhance patient experiences. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life with a 4-day, 40-hour work week.
• On-Call Duties: Participate in on-call duties just 1 week every 5 weeks for phone consultations.
• Growing Specialty: Be part of a fast-growing endocrinology specialty in the vibrant Denver area.

Compensation

We value your expertise and offer a competitive compensation package:

• Base Salary: Starting at $280,000 .
• Incentives: Participate in a wRVU incentive program with the potential for an additional $10,000 based on quality metrics.
• Bonuses: Enjoy a $25,000 starting bonus and a relocation bonus where eligible.

What You'll Bring

We’re looking for passionate individuals who meet the following qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
• Completion of ACGME accredited residency training in Endocrinology.
• ABMS board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• BLS certification and DEA.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.

The hourly range for this position is $7.25 - $999.99 , with actual rates dependent on experience.
