We’re hiring Entry-Level Event & Promotions Assistants to help raise awareness and support for nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach and live promotional events .

🎯 Role OverviewAs an Event & Promotions Assistant, you’ll support the coordination and execution of engaging in-person events that bring communities together around charitable campaigns. You’ll help manage event logistics, promote nonprofit missions, and foster meaningful connections that drive public support .
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with setup, execution, and breakdown of community outreach events
Manage signage, branded materials, and inventory at event sites
Coordinate logistics for retail-based and community campaigns
Promote nonprofit initiatives through direct, face-to-face public interaction
Ensure a welcoming, professional experience for all attendees
Collect and report data to support campaign improvement
Support team members and help onboard new hires as we grow
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public
Excellent communication and organization skills
Team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
Passionate about nonprofit work and community involvement
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Paid training in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, and public engagement
