• Complete Marcus & Millichap’s comprehensive training program
• Obtain and maintain an active real estate license
• Learn to generate, qualify, and follow up with leads
• Prospect new clients through calls, networking, and outreach
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct market research and analyze property data
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and valuations

• Active real estate license or willingness to complete licensing promptly
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or currently completing university program)
• Strong interest in commercial real estate and investment sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enterprising mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Comfort with prospecting, cold calling, and business development
