What You’ll Be Doing:

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods to book free roofing inspections
• Start honest conversations with homeowners (no sleaze, no pressure)
• Use simple scripts that actually work
• Team up with mentors who’ve closed hundreds of deals
• Work hard, stay sharp, and grow into leadership if that’s your path

Who You Are:

• Someone who shows up and puts in real effort
• A fast learner who’s open to coaching
• Thick-skinned and sun-ready (yes, it’s hot—we’re in Phoenix)
• Either just getting started or ready to finally do something different
• Local to the 85201 area or surrounding areas.

What You’ll Get:

• $49K–$102K+ earning potential (no cap)
• Step by Step systems that actually work
• The option of straight commission or a metric based base pay
• Morning Flexibility. Tues–Fri evenings + Saturday mornings
• Mentorship, clear career path, and no corporate fluff
• Ability to go from 1099 to W2 if you’re looking for long-term
