Equity Research - Associate Analyst

Role Summary

The role provides fundamental equity research support for the lead technology analyst, collaborates with the quant team on portfolio construction and management, and generates ideas in the small cap growth universe. It is a structured program designed to develop future analysts with extensive training and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct company/industry related research projects.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers.
• Perform extensive financial analysis.
• Interact with public company CEOs and CFOs.
• Provide investment insight and impact the investment process.

Required Experience

• 2-4 years relevant work experience (equity research or banking experience preferred).
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience building three-statement models.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Creativity and ability to imagine.
• Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity preferred.
• Highly motivated, confident self-starter.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research.
• Completion of at least level 1 of the CFA preferred.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00, based on relevant experience and skills.
